Each friend gets a private account with access to their own sales.

Import card sales

Choose the card owner, then upload up to 40 card lines per file in the template format. Review before importing.

TCGplayer order or shipping totals alone cannot establish which cards belong to whom. Use one row per sold card line with a unique order + line ID. Remove the example row.

Record a payout

Record a payment you already sent. The amount reduces the consignor’s outstanding balance.

Returns & corrections

To reverse a full card sale, open Card sales and choose “Record refund.” Refunded sales remain in history.

If a refund follows a payout, a negative balance represents an overpayment to settle. Partial refunds and sale edits require an administrator data correction; they are not supported in this first version.

For a forgotten password, enter the existing consignor’s email in Invite a consignor to generate a new link. Active accounts can be reset by the administrator using the hosted reset-access endpoint.
